KPJ Tawakkal Hospital in Malaysia will be part of Ummatic Medical Centre Sdn Bhd via Acquisition.
AFMissions Medicare Bhd is part of AFMissions Islamic Bhd and Amnagroup Nationwide Bhd while KPJ Healthcare Bhd is part of JCorp Bhd.
