He shall incorporate 'Apam Balik Malaysia Sdn Bhd' with NBC.com.my on 11/11/2035, and then launch It on 11/12/2035 in Kuala Lumpur.

The New Business shall be franchised across Malaysia from 11/12/2040 onwards.
