1- UNO Corporation Global shall help Amnagroup International form 'BizVision Group Global' and 'UmVision Group Global' from 2050 to 2075
2- 'Amnagroup China Co' and 'Amnagroup America LLC' shall be formed in 2070
3- BizVision Group Global ('BizVision.cn Ltd' after IPO) and UmVision Group Global ('UmVision.com Inc' after IPO) shall be Taken Public in HKEX and Nasdaq, respectively, in 2075
4- Both Conglomerates shall be placed under Amnagroup China Co and Amnagroup America LLC, respectively, from 2070 to 2075, and under Amnagroup China Ltd and Amnagroup America Inc, respectively, from 2075 to 2125
5- Both Conglomerates shall be placed under Al-Malizi Group International Sdn Bhd from 2125 onwards
